Leasing and Property Manager “Trizh”
Hello Trizh!
Tell us a little about yourself first.
I'm a middle-aged mom of five and have been working from home since 2019. I’ve built a strong foundation in the real estate niche and enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I would describe myself as an ambivert—I enjoy meaningful conversations but also value quiet time to recharge.
What was your profession before you became a VA?
Before becoming a virtual assistant, I worked in the BPO industry for 10 years. I started as a call center agent and later advanced to roles such as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Product Trainer. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills that I now bring to my VA career.
How is your IVA PRO Experience?
My experience with IVA PRO has been incredibly positive. It’s by far the most laid-back and supportive agency I’ve ever worked with. Everyone is approachable and treats you with kindness and respect, you never feel like there's a hierarchy. They prioritize the well-being of their VAs, and that genuine care really shows.
Share with us some of your achievements.
Honestly, my greatest achievement is being present for my children every day. I now have the chance to meet both their material and emotional needs, something I wasn’t always able to do while building my career in the BPO industry. Having the flexibility to work from home has given me the luxury of building the life and dreams I’ve always wanted. That balance is something I truly treasure.
Do you have any message for IVA PRO?
Thank you for believing in me. I genuinely appreciate the trust and the continuous support I receive from everyone at IVA PRO. It’s empowering to be part of a team that truly values its people.
Any message to future aspiring VA’s?
It’s never easy, and there’s rarely a “perfect” time to start. But if you’re thinking about it, just take the first step. Everything else will follow. Growth comes from action, not waiting for the perfect moment.
