  • Crysta was a Customer Service Agent for 4 yrs. She then got promoted as a QA Analyst., then as Assistant Team Lead and eventually got promoted again as a Team Leader / Manager Where she stayed on for about 8 yrs. She started doing Home Based work as an ESL teacher and then got hired as a RE Cold Caller for 2 yrs then got promoted again to be part of the Recruitment team and then moved to the Training team before venturing to Client Services

  • Carlo started from the ground up. Doing odd jobs until finally stepping into The BPO Industry in 2009. Though he handled mostly Financial accounts he never stopped dreaming for more. He moved into ESL where he got promoted as a Team Leader QA then moved back to the BPO industry again and became part of the Fraud Detection team as a Disputes Specialist. He eventually stepped into the WFH world as a Cold Caller and Appointment setter where He found his roots and from there moved up to become an Executive Assistant, then eventually as a Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist.
