Hello Kenneth!
Tell us a little about yourself first.
Most of my friends call me Ken, and my family calls me Kevin. I love going out, eating outside, watching sunsets, and reading. I like spending time with family and friends whenever I can to relax and take time off work.
What was your profession before you became a VA?
I was a Customer Service Representative when I started working before eventually becoming a Supervisor for a BPO company here in our area.,
How is your IVA PRO Experience?
IVA PRO was a godsent. I can't think of any words to describe it. I was unemployed before I found IVA PRO, and it changed my life for the better. IVA saved my career and provided a path for me to continue growing and further my skills.,
Share with us some of your achievements.
Working at home is a blessing alone, but working with good and talented people here at IVA PRO is a lot more.
Ever since I started here, I have been able to help a lot of people. I consider that providing for my family is far better than before is one of my achievements. I was also able to help other VAs find their dream job by referring them here at IVA PRO, and for me, that's a different kind of achievement; it's fulfilling, really. I'm now a Credentialing Supervisor for my client, which I think is a testament to how dedicated and how I value my work provided to me by IVA PRO.
Do you have any message for IVA PRO?
To IVA PRO, I'll be forever greatly for the opportunity to work here. I can't say thank you enough for believing in me, I can only repay it by giving my 1000% in everything I do. I wish to work here as long as I can and hope to contribute more to IVA PRO's success.
Any message to future aspiring VA’s?
Being a VA is a blessing. Everyone wants to be one, by not everyone gets to be one. For everyone who dreams of becoming a VA, you'll get there! Keep dreaming and make it happen!
