Transaction/Listing/Mktg. Coordinator “Ella”
Hello Ella! Tell us a little about yourself first.
Hi, I’m Ella—a mom to a fun-loving 4-year-old boy. In my downtime, I enjoy watching anime and K-dramas. On weekends, I love spending time at indoor playgrounds with my son and nephews, grocery shopping, and eating out together.
What was your profession before you became a VA?
I started working in the BPO industry as a customer service and technical support representative for about 10 years and in those 10 years it includes being a direct hire customer service representative in UPS Clark. After that I went to Dubai, started working part time with the help of a friend who has an agency as an executive assistant focusing on real estate. She was the one who helped me understand more about the industry. In 2019, I went back to the Philippines and that is when I discovered the opportunity of working full time as a virtual assistant. I started as a healthcare virtual assistant, calling clients to offer health care insurance for 3 months then I met a friend named Angela who introduced me to an agency which led me to eventually meet Miss Crysta and that's how I've been given a chance to be with IVA.
How is your IVA PRO Experience?
Working with IVA was a blessing, especially as a mom working from home during the pandemic. While many businesses shut down, IVA was one of the new opportunities that opened up and gave me the chance to grow. Unlike other agencies, IVA truly feels like family. Miss Crysta and Boss Darwin are warm, supportive, and made me feel welcome despite my shy nature. They matched me with the right clients and always had my back. With their support, I was able to work peacefully, care for my baby, and help provide for my family—all from the comfort of home.
